Whalesens WS-PRT polyether flame retardant foam adopts high-purity polyether polyurethane raw material, professionally engineered for complex industrial working scenarios, and acts as the ideal base media for industrial filtration equipment protection, ventilation isolation and acoustic absorption applications.

Product Description

Whalesens WS-PRF polyether flame retardant foam is a high-performance open-cell polyether polyurethane reticulated filter foam. Advanced thermal membrane removing technology thoroughly eliminates original thin cell walls, building a stable 3D skeleton with over 97% ultra-high open cell rate. The base polyether material delivers premium chemical inertness and excellent anti-hydrolysis performance, never getting brittle or powdered under persistent damp conditions.

Supplied in standard large foam sheets or precision custom die-cut shapes according to customer drawings, this industrial polyurethane filter foam covers massive professional application scenarios:
