Crafted from weather-resistant ultra-fine fiberglass, this product replaces conventional fragile, poor weather-resistance fiberglass filter materials. It features a fluffy 3D three-dimensional structure with fine fibers and uniform pores, boasting four core merits: high dust holding capacity, low air resistance, high tensile strength and stable performance.
Fibreglass bag filter media is the roll stock for building pocket and frame filters where ordinary glass fibre would not survive. Conventional fibreglass is brittle and loses performance in humid or high-temperature air; the weather-resistant grade here keeps its structure, which is what makes it usable upstream of HEPA in a paint booth or a drying line.
It is supplied as a fluffy three-dimensional mat at 2.5 mm and 105 to 110 g/m², in F6, F7 and F8. The loft is the working part: dust travels into the depth of the media instead of sitting on the face, so the roll can be cut to any pocket length, fitted into a frame, and still hold a low resistance until it is genuinely loaded.
The applications follow from that: bag filters and frame filters in central air conditioning, fresh-air filtration, and pre-filter protection for HEPA stages in hospitals, food plants and precision electronics workshops.
