This filter media comes in three color-coded grades with distinct efficiency levels for targeted ventilation and cleanroom use, avoiding over-specification waste.
- 30–45% efficiency (white / light green): Basic ventilation filtration for high-traffic public spaces, including commercial buildings, theaters, stations and airports.
- ~65% efficiency (pink): Medium-grade filtration for spaces requiring moderate air cleanliness, such as paint shops, classrooms and computer rooms.
- ~85% efficiency (light yellow): High-precision filtration for stringent clean environments. Widely used in petrochemical, plastic, food, pharmaceutical, electronics and military factories. Also serves as secondary cleanroom filtration and pre-filter for HEPA filters in sterile labs and medical clean areas.
