Roll media for spray booth and baking room intake air, cut or framed on site as the fine filtration stage ahead of the coating zone.

WS-600G is ceiling filter media rather than a finished element. It comes as a roll, so the booth ceiling is built from it, either cut to size, framed in segments, or run full width across the plenum. It sits on the intake side of a spray booth or baking room, ahead of the coating zone, and as the medium in medium-efficiency panel filters. What the media lets through is what the wet film sees, so the grade follows the finish the booth has to hold.

The fibre is polyester, carded into graded layers and bonded with hot air rather than a chemical binder, with the outlet face reinforced by mesh or fabric so the roll holds its shape and spreads air evenly. A viscosity treatment keeps captured paint particles from shedding back into the supply air, and the fibre resists common solvents, mild acids and mild alkalis. Three points decide selection: the particle size the process releases, the flame retardant level required, and how the roll will be installed. Replace it when pressure drop across the ceiling rises, not on a fixed interval.
