Ceiling filter media for paint booth intake air in spray and coating workshops, filtering supply air before it reaches the working zone.

The WS-560G ceiling filter media is the filtration face that supply air passes through last before it enters the paint booth working zone. It sits in the ceiling plenum above the spray area, downstream of the booth's intake filters, so any particle that gets past it lands on the wet coating as a defect. That position sets what the media has to do: hold dust without shedding fibre, and keep its resistance stable across the whole ceiling.

The media is elastic, fracture-resistant polyester fibre, carded and laid in graded density layers and then fused with hot air, giving the sheet a more open upstream face and a denser downstream one. A viscosity treatment keeps captured particles adhered to the fibre instead of letting them re-entrain, and mesh reinforcement on the air outlet side holds the sheet flat so air distribution across the ceiling stays even. Selection comes down to dust holding capacity and how quickly resistance climbs; the ceiling is changed when pressure drop reaches the point where booth airflow can no longer be held. Resistance to common solvents, mild acids and mild alkalis lets the media survive coating chemistry.
