Terminal HEPA filters that seal into their housing with a gel channel, for cleanrooms where a bypass leak is not an option.

A liquid tank HEPA filter is a terminal high efficiency filter that seals into its housing with a liquid: the filter is lowered into a gel-filled channel, so the seal is made by the medium itself rather than by a gasket that can harden or leak. That is what makes it the right choice where a bypass leak would put the whole cleanroom classification at risk.

The media is ultra-fine glass fibre paper, mini-pleated over hot-melt separators, and the grade range covers the usual terminal duties from H13 upward. The channel sealant is formulated not to volatilise, creep or migrate, which matters because that channel is the filter's only critical joint. Selection starts from the cleanroom classification — that fixes the grade, and the grade fixes everything else. This is a terminal stage: it belongs behind a pre-filter and a medium efficiency stage, not in front of them.
