Activated Carbon Polyester Foam Filter is made of polyester foam sponge, available in 10–60PPI pore density. It features activated carbon for enhanced air purification, with a filtration efficiency of 40–90%, designed for industrial air filtration applications.

This is a filter media rather than a finished element: an open-cell foam carrying activated carbon, supplied for cutting into gaskets, panels and cabinet filters. The 10 to 60 PPI range is the working variable — coarse foam for airflow and dust loading, fine foam where the target is finer particulate — with filtration efficiency quoted from 40 to 90 per cent depending on the grade.

The construction is aimed at equipment that lives outdoors. A closed-cell foam gasket keeps water out and will not absorb it, a PET hydrophobic mesh on the face sheds rain, snow and insects, and the foam itself is rated UL 94 HF-1 with no molten drips. That combination is what makes it usable on charging piles, outdoor electrical cabinets and control cabinets, where the filter has to survive rain, dust and insects without being changed every season.
