A high-temperature pleated HEPA panel for clean ovens, coating lines and laminar flow units where the supply air must stay clean.

A high-temperature pleated HEPA panel is a process filter, not a filter that merely tolerates heat. It sits at or near the terminal position on a clean oven, a curing or coating line or a laminar flow unit, so the air leaving it reaches the product with nothing behind it to catch what it passes. It is therefore judged on the particle removal the process needs, and on whether it still holds that performance after weeks at temperature.

What makes it survive is the seal rather than the media. The ultrafine glass fiber pleat pack is held in a metal frame, and the joints are closed with a flexible sealing material in place of rigid ceramic adhesive, because a seal that cannot move with thermal expansion is the part that cracks, peels or leaks as the unit cycles. Selection turns on the continuous temperature the filter actually sees rather than the peak the oven can reach, and on the grade the process cleanliness requires. Change-out follows differential pressure, but the seal should be inspected at the same time: a lifted seal bypasses the media, and a pressure gauge will not show it.

## Key features

- **Continuous temperature**: ≤250 °C (Flexible sealant replaces ceramic adhesive so the joints survive thermal cycling)
- **Filtration grades**: H10 to H14 (The process cleanliness picks the grade; the frame is common to all of them)
- **Rated airflow**: 750 – 4,400 m³/h (Six sizes from 610×610×120 to 610×1220×292)
- **Initial resistance**: 190 / 220 Pa (190 Pa at H13, 220 Pa at H14)
- **Moisture resistance**: 100% RH (Rated for humid and high-temperature duty at the same time)
